Integrated Driver Response Research (I.DRR)

Integrated Driver Response Research (I.DRR) is a program solution for all crash reconstructionists and engineers working in the field of crash reconstruction. I.DRR allows crash reconstructionists to incorporate human factors and driver response research into real life crash scenarios.

I.DRR assists in determining acceleration rate, acceleration time, deceleration rate, search times, response to lead vehicles, traffic signals, steering and braking capabilities, response, avoidance, and discernability distance among many of its calculation features.

I.DRR utilizes a technique called “Adjustment-to-Baseline” which is a technique that compares and applies real life scenarios (your cases) to published peer reviewed studies done by experts in the field.

Allowing for peace of mind with certainty

V*Star is a Speed Probability Program that compares the speed probability of two vehicles involved in a crash.

  • Determines the speed of vehicles and the variance of speed calculations
  • Calculates the speed of two vehicles using conservation of Linear Momentum
  • Includes a range for each entry thus allowing for certainty or margin of error
